My book takes the reader through the many varied events that I have experienced throughout my life, looking at the choices offered, the decisions taken, and the consequences that affected not only my own life but those of my friends and family.

I count myself extremely lucky that my experiences with domestic violence and abuse, bullying and being a carer have only skimmed the surface of what, for many people in this world, have endured or are still enduring.

Ultimately my aim has been to show that how you choose to deal with these issues will affect how the rest of your life moves forward and that there is a light at the end of any tunnel you might find yourself in.
